I'm absolutely impressed with the performance of the 3.0 liter and the build quality of this boat. The comparable boats from Maxum and Sea Ray are essentially the same boat with some more fit and finish details than the Bayliner, but costs more. The boat averages 35-40mph with a full load, excellent detailing on the helm, I have the upgraded package with graphics, stereo, top and a bucket seat for the helm, well worth the extra money. The quality of the Mercruiser 3.0 liter and Alpha 1 drive speak for themselves, but it comes with a Black Max prop. Excellent prop, but an upgrade to look at would be a Mercury Vengeange or Laser II prop. The boat handles very well in rough water conditions, will run an entire weekend on a tank of fuel, plenty of room for gear and passengers. Considering PWC's are costing a lot, I really feel your getting a lot more for your money with the Bayliner 175.
Upgrades/Accessories: Family Fun Package, includes sun top, stereo, bucket seat for the helm and graphics package for sides of boad.
